- Ripe dwarf bananas3 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Canola oil1/2 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Blend the banana with 1 cup of water, oil and sugar in a blender.
- Transfer everything to the mixer platter
- Wash the blender cup with the other cup of water and add it to the bowl of the mixer.
- Beat adding the other ingredients, for 5 minutes on high speed.
- Put in greased or caramel shape
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes, or until golden.
