- Oat flour2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup
- Brown sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Biological or chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Pinch of nutmeg1 to taste
- plant milk1 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar3 tablespoon
- Grease a medium cake pan
- Mash the bananas well in a mixing bucket
- Add the dry ingredients without the yeast and mix well.
- Add water and mix little by little
- Add the oil and mix
- Add the yeast together with the vinegar for use and mix well
- Preheat the oven for 10min
- You want the cake dough in your shape
- Bake in the oven for 35-40min at 180°C. Keep an eye out because it depends on the oven, and can stay longer or shorter.
- For the broth: in a small pan put the milk and let it heat up on low heat.
- Add the cocoa and mix it little by little with a silicone spoon without stopping.
- Add the sugar and continue mixing until it thickens.
- Let it cool and when you remove the cake, pour the broth over the cake after it is also cooled
