- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- Medium rolled oats1 cup
- Crushed peanuts1/2 cup
- Peanut paste4 tablespoon
- Vegan white chocolate60 g
- Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until you form a cream.
- Add the crushed peanuts and oats and mix well until smooth.
- Make the balls with your hands (if necessary add more oats) and set aside
- Grease a mold with coconut butter and oat bran
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted, add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth, set aside
- Flatten the balls with your hands in the shape of a cookie
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Put the peanut butter with white chocolate and that's it đ
