- Baroas Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Boiled yam without shell2 unit(s)
- sour starch1 cup
- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Nutritional yeast2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- Chia to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the peeled potatoes until they are very soft.
- In a mixing bowl, mash and mix the potatoes well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix
- Add the oil and salt last and mix well.
- Note: save the cooking water of the potatoes in case you need to add a little water to your pasta
- Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven for 10min
- Form your balls the size you want and grease a large shape with olive oil placing the balls in it.
- Leave them on low heat 180° for 30min always keeping an eye on them.
