- Well-cooked Butter Beans2 cup
- Oat Flakes2/3 cup
- Cooking water1/2 cup
- Chopped vegan chocolate melted in bain marie2/3 cup
- Demerara Sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Baking soda1 coffee spoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder1/4 cup
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Process the ingredients, except the chocolate and baking powder, until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Add the chocolate and process
- Add yeast and mix gently
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with coconut oil and cocoa powder
- Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 45 minutes or until you can pierce it with a toothpick and come out dry.
- Wait to cool down to unmold and it's ready!
