- Large beets4 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Assorted fruits1 cup
- Wash the beetroots and cut into 2cm cubes. Place in a 2 liter wide mouth glass
- Fill with water and add salt
- Cover and let ferment for 48 hours in a dark, dry place. Inside a closet, for example.
- After 48 hours open the glass and experience the flavor and feel the fermentation. If necessary, stir and let it ferment for another 24 hours.
- Refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, add chopped seasonal fruits.
- This drink is a natural probiotic, excellent to drink before, during and after parties, helping the body to detoxify and aid digestion.
