- Okra200 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Powder1 to taste
- Spicy paprika1 to taste
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the okra into slices and then reserve in a container (can be a bowl) with the juice of 1/2 lemon and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Place the slices in a sieve and pass under running water. Then dry the okra with a paper towel.
- Sauté the chopped onion in cubes, set aside and then enter the okra, in the pan and put the seasonings. Mix well.
- As soon as it starts to brown, throw in the onion and that's it.
