- Zucchini cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- plant milk150 ml
- Panko flour3 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- In a pan heat the oil.
- Separate the wheat flour and your favorite seasonings in a container. Here I used hot and smoked paprika, nutritional yeast and salt.
- In another container, place the vegetable milk.
- Finally, in another container put the panko flour.
- Dip the sliced zucchini in the seasoned flour, milk and then panko.
- Fry in very hot oil.
- When golden on one side, turn to the other. When golden, remove and place on a plate with paper to absorb excess fat.
