Water1 cup
Ground flaxseed2 tablespoon
Vegetable oil1/2 cup
Refined Sugar1/2 cup
Demerara Sugar1/2 cup
Cocoa powder1/2 cup
Yeast1/2 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon

Grease a pan with oil or line with parchment paper.
Pre heat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl add the ground flaxseed, water and oil. Mix well and set aside
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add them to the previous mixture.
Transfer to mold and bake for 20 minutes
Given that time, remove from the oven immediately. Allow to cool for up to 2 hours before slicing or disinforming.
