- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder 100%1/2 cup
- Brown Sugar3/4 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sweet potato puree250 g
- Almond paste90 g
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Semisweet chocolate chips or chopped1/2 cup
- Chopped pecan nuts1/2 cup
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Unite a shape with butter and cocoa powder. Use an 18x18 cm mold or baking dish and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend the oats, sugar, cocoa powder and salt until finely floured.
- Add the sweet potato puree, almond paste and vanilla extract. Beat well until the ingredients are well mixed, forming a creamy and heavy mass.
- Remove the blade from the processor and add the chopped or chopped chocolate and chopped pecans.
- Distribute the dough in the reserved form and bake until the brownie is firm and with a crispy crust on the outside, but still moist on the inside. Cooking lasts around 20 to 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and unmold. Cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
