- Medium flaked oats1/2 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener3/4 cup
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Mashed sweet potato1 cup
- Almond paste90 g
- Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- 70% dark chocolate in drops or chopped1/2 cup
- Roasted Almonds1/2 cup
- In a food processor, beat the rolled oats, xylitol sweetener, cocoa powder and salt until they are very fine with the texture of flour.
- Add the sweet potato puree, almond paste and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
- Add salt and yeast and beat some more.
- Remove the blade from the food processor and add the chocolate chips and almonds.
- Line a rectangular pan with a little coconut butter and oat bran
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Distribute the dough in the form and take it to bake around 20 to 25 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold and cut the brownies.
- Can be stored in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months
- Tip: Serve with almond paste on top 😋
