- Cooked Butter Beans1/2 cup
- Cabbage cut into thin strips3/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and brown the garlic.
- Add the beans and season with salt. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the kale and toss until wilted.
- Adjust the salt and serve next.
