- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Slice the zucchini into very thin slices.
- Distribute the slices on a plate.
- Avoid leaving one piece of zucchini on top of another.
- Then just sprinkle salt.
- Squeeze the lemon over the slices.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Add the black pepper. If you have the first rose, I suggest adding it as well.
- You can consume it right away.
