  • Medium-sized carrots3 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce (homemade or industrialized)200 ml
  • Seasonings (cumin, garlic, salt, onion, etc.) to taste
  • Smoked paprika (the secret) to taste
  • Water (for cooking carrots)200 ml
  • Sweet Olive Oil (or oil of choice) to taste
  • Peas (and/or corn) to taste
  • Tomato Extract to taste
  • Shoyu Sauce to taste
  1. ‱ Wash the carrots, and transfer to the cooking water. *When they are al dente, remove them from the water!
  2. Brown the seasonings in the oil of your choice, while they "get the taste".
  3. Add the tomato sauce, then the smoked paprika. *Paprika is the secret!
  4. After the carrots are cooked, add the seasonings. And if you prefer, add tomato extract! Then, marinate with the Shoyu sauce.
  5. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat. After this time, turn off, and keep the pan at rest for +10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy! 🧡 I won't trade for any sausage.
