- Sour cream100 g
- Shredded cheese50 g
- Light cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Butter1/2 teaspoon
- Cook the cauliflower in boiling water.. then remove them from the water and let them drain. Place them in a glass bowl. White sauce: 3 full spoons of cottage cheese 1/2 teaspoon of butter 1/2 box of sour cream Olive oil and spices..(the ones you like best). I seasoned it with sazon salad, oregano and black pepper. I put it straight into the white sauce and mixed. Pour this sauce over the already cooked and drained cauliflower, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, and put it in the oven to brown.
