- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste

- Bahian seasoning1 tablespoon

- Cut the cauliflower forming a slice and take it to cook quickly so that it does not come out raw at the end
- Once cooked, do not let it cook too long, season the cauliflower with salt and black pepper and dip it in beaten egg and breadcrumbs seasoned with paprika and Bahian seasoning
- Bake in a greased baking dish with olive oil.
