- Carrot1 unit(s)
- grated ginger1 tablespoon
- Sugar0.5 tablespoon
- Shoyu0.5 cup
- Water0.5 cup
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil to taste
- Roasted skinless peanuts0.5 cup
- Dry the tofu with a cloth or paper towel. Cut it into cubes and sear in a skillet with olive oil until golden on the sides. Reserve
- Cut the peppers and carrots into cubes. Sauté in olive oil in a work or pan. Add the minced garlic. Add the tofu and ginger. Mix
- Add the soy sauce and sugar. Mix and leave for about 3 min.
- In a bowl, mix the starch in the water. Add to pan and mix until thickened. Turn off and finish with peanuts and sesame oil
