- English Potato140 g
- Sweet sprinkle70 g
- Sour Povilho40 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Boiling water4 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Peel the potato and cook in boiling water until the potato is ready to puree.
- Mix the potato and the rest of the ingredients in a platter until it becomes a homogeneous mass with modeling dough texture.
- Take small portions and shape into a spherical shape and place in a previously greased shape with olive oil, after filling the shape leaving a space of at least 2 fingers between the loaves, take it to the oven (preheated to 180° for 20``min) bake 30 to 40 min or until golden.
- Serve hot or warm, ENJOY YOUR FOOD!!!
