- Cassava, cut into cubes400 g
- Cooked Chickpeas300 g
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped celery stalks2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for sautéing to taste
- Vegetable broth1 l
- Cook the cassava under pressure for 15 minutes or until it is falling apart. Remove excess liquid and set aside.
- In a pan with oil, add the onion, garlic and celery and sauté until cooked.
- Add the cooked cassava, broth, chickpeas, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the fire. Correct the seasonings if necessary and distribute the broth in individual bowls.
- Finish with pesto on top for a more flavorful experience.
