Chickpea dumplings with sesame

- 1 packet of chickpeas500 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- 6 cloves of garlic to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3/4 cup
- Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Oat flour2 cup
- Cassava flour1 cup
- Sea salt1 tablespoon
- Sesame1/2 cup
- Chickpea cooking water to taste
- Grease two large molds with oil
- Soak the chickpeas overnight, changing the water twice
- Cook the chickpeas in the pressure cooker for 30min after screaming, on low heat
- In the bowl, mash the chickpeas well and let them cool.
- In a frying pan, put a little oil and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, parsley and rosemary with a pinch of black pepper.
- Together this sautéed mixture with the chickpeas mix well
- Add the cooking water along with the flours and the oil little by little until you form a malleable dough that doesn't stick too much to your hands.
- Add the rest of the seasonings with the salt and mix well to spread the flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10min
- Assemble the balls in the shape you want and pour the sesame on a plate where you can roll your dumpling, sticking the sesame to the surface
- Pour the dumplings in the shape and take it to the oven for 40 min at 230°
- Important: leave them for 20min then turn the dumplings for another 20min for both sides to burn
