- Cooked chickpeas300 g
- Boiled Beetroot1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Tahini1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Zaathar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water to help beat50 ml
- In a blender or food processor, beat all the ingredients until it becomes a consistent cream. Place in a container and sprinkle with sweet paprika and toasted sesame and drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Serve with sheet bread or nachos. @chefraissarodrigues
