- Cooked and sieved chickpeas2 cup

- Cornmeal for breading1/2 cup
- Water6 tablespoon
- Flaxseed Flour3 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour and water to a cup and set aside. Place the chickpeas, onion, squeezed lemon, parsley and salt in a food processor. Beat until the ingredients are mixed. ⠀ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grate the carrot on the thinnest part of the grater. Mix in the dough with a spoon. Add the flaxseed flour and water mixture to the dough and stir until well incorporated. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal. ⠀ Unite a shape with oil or olive oil and make balls with the dough or hamburger if you wish. Coat the cornmeal seasoned with salt. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, turning when you complete 20 minutes.
