- chickpea flour3 tablespoon
- water to taste
- tapioca1 tablespoon
- salt to taste
- Onion Powder1 teaspoon
- Mix all the ingredients and add water to form a pancake-like dough.
- Transfer to a greased non-stick skillet and leave on medium fluff, until the pancake is firmer and golden on one side.
- When it's cooked on one side, you can flip it over to brown the other side.
- When it's ready, you can fill it with whatever you prefer, I like to use scrambled tofu or some paste.
