- Chickpeas cooked al dente1 cup
- Cashew Nut Milk1 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the chickpeas and chestnut milk and cook until it begins to thicken.
- Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
