- Cooked chickpeas7 cup
- Cabotia squash1 cup
- Onion0.5 unit(s)
- Yellow/red pepper0.5 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract2 unit(s)
- Cashew Nut Cream6 tablespoon
- Salt, black pepper, yellow mustard and turmeric to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sauté the squash with the peppers in olive oil for 1-2 min.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add the cooked chickpeas, salt, pepper and turmeric. Mix and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and mustard and mix. Leave the lid closed until boiling.
- Add the cashew nut cream and mix. Let it cook for 1-2 min. Makes a 2.3 liter pan
