- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Ginger1 coffee spoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped Tomato3 unit(s)
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Boiled Chickpeas2 cup
- Cashew Nut Cream1 cup
- Cooked rice to taste
- Straw potato to taste
- Water1 cup
- First put the oil, spices and chopped tomato in the pan. Do not add the mustard, it is only added at the end.
- Try to leave most of the ingredients in contact with the bottom of the pan. Let it cook until you create a crust at the bottom of the pan. This crust will compose the final flavor of the Stroganoff.
- After creating the crust, add water little by little, until you disgrace everything from the bottom of the pan.
- Add previously cooked chickpeas, salt and mustard.
- Wait for it to boil and add the cashew nut cream, mix and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
- It's ready, now just serve with boiled rice and straw potatoes.
