- Recipe
- Boiled Chickpeas2 cup
- Chopped seedless ripe tomato1/2 cup
- Chopped fresh basil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the chickpeas, salt and mix. Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add the tomato, mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Adjust salt and finish with fresh basil.
