Chimichurri Crispy Potato đđ

- Recipe
- Potatoes500 g
- Chimichurri Seasoning2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and cook with the skin on until soft but firm, add salt to the cooking water
- Drain the potatoes and wait for them to cool down
- Cut into medium-sized slices
- In a bowl place the potato slices and season with olive oil, oregano and chimichurri
- Add a little more salt but don't overdo it.
- Stir with your hands so that all the slices absorb the seasoning from both sides.
- Preheat your Airfryer for 5 minutes at 200 degrees
- Lower the Airfryer temperature to 180 degrees and place the potato slices carefully so as not to burn yourself.
- Bake for 15 minutes and turn over
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden
- Ready đ
- Great option to serve during the holidays đđŸ
