- 100% cocoa powder60 g
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Salt1 g
- Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
- Xanthan Gum5 g
- Mix all ingredients at room temperature, homogenizing well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Divide into cups and refrigerate. The flavor clears up after being chilled.
- Decorate to taste and serve.
