- Wheat flour4 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- plant milk4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add the oil and gradually add the milk until you reach the texture of cake dough (add more if needed). Finally add the yeast.
- Place in an ungreased non-stick pan over low heat. When balls start to form, it's time to flip the pancake. Tip: when making the second pancake, remove the pan from the heat, so there is no risk of burning.
- After cooking on both sides, just serve with cinnamon if you prefer.
