- Coconut Milk500 ml
- Water200 ml
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar200 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
- Agar-agar2 teaspoon
- Mix all the ingredients in the mixer until well homogenized.
- Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Pour in a central hole shape greased with some neutral flavor oil or coconut oil (use very little).
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- To unmold, heat the sides slightly or help with a very thin knife.
