- Fresh Coconut250 g
- Lemon Juice10 ml
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Mango1 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Ginger1 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Remove all the meat from the fresh coconut and cut it into slices, cut the mango and bell pepper into small cubes
- Grate the ginger, squeeze and discard the fibers leaving only the juice
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients adjusting the salt and finally decorate with the coriander leaves
