- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Oil1/3 cup
- Coffee (soluble sachet)50 g
- Vegetable milk1/2 cup
- Filtered water1/2 cup
- Flaxseed meal1/3 cup
- Chocolate1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder (for syrup)8 tablespoon
- Vegetable milk (for the syrup)4 tablespoon
- Corn Starch (for the syrup)2 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender EXCEPT the yeast, baking soda and alcohol vinegar
- After the dough is homogeneous with a creamy to liquid consistency, calmly mix the rest of the ingredients with a spoon.
- Place the dough in a greased baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- After 30 min you can check if the dough is cooked by sticking a fork, it can vary from oven to oven.
- Unmold the cake only after it has cooled down, otherwise it may fall apart. To finish, make holes with the fork in the top of the cake to penetrate the syrup.
- Syrup: in a non-stick frying pan, mix the chocolate powder and vegetable milk with dissolved cornstarch, bring to a low boil and stir until thickened.
