- Cooked rice1 cup
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Fresh boiled peas1 cup
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Seasonings to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion in oil until golden.
- Add the carrots, peas, raisins and cooked rice (the one left in the fridge). Season to taste. I used salt, pepper and oregano.
- Cover the pan and leave on low heat to cook the carrots.
