- Fresh Green Corn1 cup
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Mushrooms any kind1 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Soy sauce1/2 cup
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Cut the pepper into small cubes
- Cut the mushrooms into pieces
- Heat the oil in a skillet
- Add the green corn and sauté on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the pepper and soy sauce and sauté another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire.
- Add ground pepper
- Chop the parsley and finish the dish
