- Arborio rice1 cup
- Unflavored Cachaça50 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Tomato confit1 cup
- Assorted vegetables1 cup
- Cook the vegetables with plenty of water, this vegetable water will be used to cook the arboreal rice.
- Place the rice in the pan over low heat and the cachaça and stir. When it is drying add a ladle of vegetable water and stir, proceed in this way always adding water little by little without letting it dry and without filling with water, always stirring, this makes the rice starch release to make it creamy.
- When it is al dente, add the salt. And when it's cooked add the tomatoes, stir, turn off and serve while still hot.
