- Wheat flour130 g
- Brown sugar140 g
- Chocolate 70%120 g
- 100% Cocoa30 g
- Coconut oil52 g
- Warm water80 g
- Salt2 g
- Chemical Yeast1 g
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Completely dissolve the sugar in normal water.
- Add the 70% chocolate and stir until melted.
- Add the oil, salt and vanilla and mix well.
- Sift over this mixture the wheat flour, cocoa powder and chemical yeast. Stir well.
- With the help of an ice cream scoop (or two tablespoons) make cookie dough balls on a tray lined with aluminum foil or silicone mat.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 16 minutes.
- Cookies come out of the oven a little soft. They firm up after cooling. Don't over-bake them so they don't get hard.
