1 can of corn without the water

Coconut milk + 2 tbsp water

Sunflower oil

Demerara sugar

Corn Flake

Wheat flour

Guava cut into cubes

Salt

Chemical Yeast

Apple Cider Vinegar

Corn cake with guava jelly

No liquidificador bata tudo muito bem menos o flocão de milho, a farinha de trigo, o fermento, o vinagre e a goiabada.
Em um bowl coloque o flocão de milho, o trigo, o fermento e o vinagre misture e acrescente a mistura do liquidificador mexa para incorporar tudo, coloque em uma fôrma com furo no meio e mergulhe os cubos de goiabada na massa. Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido 180º C por 35 minutos ou até ficar dourado em cima. Se quiser pode fazer cupcakes usando as forminhas próprias ou mini bolinhos.

In the blender, beat everything very well except the cornflakes, wheat flour, yeast, vinegar and guava.
In a bowl, place the cornflakes, wheat, yeast and vinegar, mix and add the blender mixture, stir to incorporate everything, place in a mold with a hole in the middle and dip the guava cubes into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 35 minutes or until golden on top. If you want you can make cupcakes using your own molds or mini cupcakes.
