- Boiled Potato with the Peel1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- After cooking the potatoes with the skin on until they are at the point where you can prick them with a fork but without breaking the potatoes, let them cool down and cut into thick slices.
- In a large bowl, place the potato wedges.
- Season with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, saffron, oregano and pepper to taste
- Stir everything until the seasoning is evenly mixed between the slices.
- Bake in the Airfryer for 25 minutes at 200 degrees
- Every 15 minutes, turn the potatoes to cook evenly and not burn.
- Ready 😋
