- Tofu400 g
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Panko flour1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil for frying2 cup
- Cut your tofus into cubes and put it in the freezer overnight.
- Defrost your tofus (and dry them with a clean cloth)
- Prepare a marinade to flavor them (I used soy sauce, paprika, lemon pepper, mustard, salt and water) and soak your tofu for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the breading mix: season your panko kitten with salt and paprika
- Prepare the second breading mixture: wheat flour and water, in a ratio of 1 flour to 2 water
- Dip your marinated tofu in the flour-water mixture and then in the panko flour.
- Fry in hot oil until crispy
