- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped green beans2/3 cup
- Cauliflower florets1 cup
- Boiled corn1/3 cup
- Zucchini cut into small cubes1/2 cup
- Red onion cut into half moons1/2 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and grill the green beans and cauliflower until they start to become al dente.
- Add the corn, garlic and onion, season with salt and oregano. Refo for another 4 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and saute for another 1 minute. Adjust the salt and serve next.
