Ingredients

grated ginger1 tablespoon
Oranges, cut into cubes2 unit(s)
Cabbage cut with stalk4 unit(s)
Demerara sugar to taste
Lemon to taste

In a blender, blend 750 ml of water with the cabbage, oranges and ginger. After well blended, strain. Sweeten with sugar and add a few drops of lemon. Drink with ice.
