- Very ripe and small banana2 unit(s)
- molasses or brown sugar1 tablespoon
- water or milk3/4 cup
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- cinnamon to taste
- Start by mixing all the ingredients in the blender until it turns into a dough (it will be kind of thick)
- Grease a frying pan with coconut oil (even if it's non-stick), and when it's hot, spread a little bit of the dough.
- When you notice that it is already coming off the skillet, turn the pancake and leave it until golden on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the dough and you're done.
