- Natural Yogurt (skimmed)300 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Chives1 to taste
- Nutmeg1 to taste

- Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
- Mix the eggs in a container, add and mix yogurt, then add the ricotta and mix well.
- Season with garlic, salt and nutmeg, the chopped onion and mix.
- Add the grated chayote, the shredded carrot and finally the grated zucchini mix well.
- Transfer the dough to a refractory greased with oil and put a little chives on top.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at approximately 180 degrees.
- Makes 8 servings, each with 110 calories, 7g carbs (1g fiber)
