- Olive oil50 ml
- Lemon juice5 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste

- Raisins to taste
- Cut into strips: Eggplant Green, red, yellow peppers. Mix all the ingredients in a shape (except the raisins and take it to the oven until it's dry, but juicy. *15 minutes before turning off the oven, add the raisins. * The oven time (medium heat 200°C), ranges from 00:50 minutes to 1:30mins.
