- Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork until creamy.
- Add rice flour, whey protein and mix well
- Add the grated coconut little by little and mix with your hands until it forms balls.
- Line a pan with little coconut butter and oat bran or rice flour
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Flatten the balls into a cookie shape and bake for about 15 minutes.
