- Baking soda2 teaspoon
- Green Smell1 cup
- Medium onion1 unit(s)

- Salt to taste
- Soak the chickpeas overnight. Then just drain the water and mix all the ingredients in the blender. But be careful! The dough is very thick, so beat it slowly so you don't burn the blender.
- When the dough is ready, just make balls and fry in oil, airfryer or bake in the oven! Oh, you can make the balls and freeze, frying or baking whenever you want.
- This is the basis of the recipe, but actually all seasonings are to taste. I'm not a big fan of cilantro, so I did my best with the green smell.
