- Brown sugar/demerara1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Beat the eggs with the banana, the oil and the sugar in the blender. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid beaten in the blender with the oatmeal and baking powder.
- Unite the cake form with margarine, place the dough, and distribute banana in slices and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes or until golden.
- Insert a toothpick to see if it is dry. Get it out of the oven, let it cool down and unmold it.
