- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- 100% cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk Powder3 tablespoon
- Natural grated coconut to taste
- Peel the bananas and place in a microwave-safe container.
- Bake for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Carefully remove from microwave
- Mash the bananas well with a fork.
- Add the cocoa powder and coconut milk powder and stir well until smooth, until it's all the color of cocoa đ
- Make balls and set aside
- In a small bowl, place the grated coconut.
- Dip the balls in the grated coconut and take it to the fridge for about 40 minutes.
- Serve cold and keep refrigerated đ
