- Diced Smoked Tofu150 g

- Cachaça20 ml

- Coriander powder1/2 tablespoon

- Nutmeg1/2 teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 teaspoon

- Vegetable broth800 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for sautéing to taste
- Put the beans in the pressure cooker with a bay leaf and a little salt. Got pressure for 30 seconds and turns off the fire.
- Take the okra to a frying pan with very hot oil and let it rest. Let it fry, add vinegar, salt, pepper and only stir when it starts to brown. Brown, stir, brown a little more, remove from heat and reserve.
- In the same pan as the okra, fry the smoked tofu until golden. Add more oil if necessary to make it golden brown.
- With the boiled beans and the fried okra and tofu we start the recipe. In a pan heat the oil, add the onion and when it becomes translucent add the garlic and a bay leaf. When the garlic is golden, it enters with the pepper, sauté for a few seconds and enters with the tomato, the spices and a dose of cachaça.
- Throw in the boiled beans, the smoked tofu and mix well to get the flavor of the stir-fry.
- Add the vegetable broth and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add the okra and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and turn off the heat. Finish with cilantro, chives and lemon juice.
